The combined talents of Mr. Hildebrant and Ms. Mynsberge have begun to
address the issues facing access to quality end-of-life care in the midwest
and as such are change agents for the creation of more choices for patients
with life-limiting illness.
Hospice continues to be under utilized. This fact is due to a myriad of
issues facing hospice today. Although there are adequate numbers of hospice
programs in the state, service capabilities vary, as well as resources
designated to educate the health care professional and consumer. Hospice
Advantage is committed to providing well-trained staff to work with hospitals,
nursing homes, discharge planners, patients and families, and physicians.
A major goal for Hospice Advantage is to promote a higher level of understanding
about the Medicare Hospice Benefit, the Levels of Care, and Service Capability.

Mr. Hildebrant and Ms. Mynsberge are focused on promoting the philosophy
of "Quality In Living." Their interdisciplinary team of health
care professionals and paraprofessionals operates on the belief that the
care plan is driven by patients' choices and the manner that they wish
to live out their lives. That approach creates a patient and family environment
of hope, comfort, and dignity.
Hospice Advantage will continue to expand its service area, with service sites planned for Michigan, Georgia, Missouri, Kansas and Wisconsin.
