Employee Login Instructions
Your Login Name is similar to your Hospice advantage email address except instead of ".com"at the end it is ".local" . So, your user name is the first letter of your first name and your whole last name "@hospiceadvantage.local" and your password is your current windows / email password.
example for Bob Smith: bsmith@hospiceadvantage.local
Once you fill out your user name and password, if you check the box to remember your my password your password will not be saved however your user name will then stay. So the next time you go to the website your user name will already be there and you only have to put in your password. If the wrong user name or password is entered you must restart your web browser and try again.
