Home & Hospice Advantage

Helping you do what's best for your residents...

...and your staff.

The Hospice Advantage team partners with you to deliver outstanding care.
The interdisciplinary Hospice Advantage team will complement, expand and enhance your facility team. We embrace accepted team principals to create friendly and productive working relations. Hospice advantage provides:

-Specialized Nurses to administer and oversee palliative care and address the unique care needs associated with life-limiting illnesses.

-Counselors and Therapists to help patients and their families process the many emotional end-of-life issues.

-Social Workers to ensure that patients and their families receive the appropriate care and resources to cope with the problems caused by serious illness.

-Home Care Aides to provide personal care services and to assist with basic needs like nutrition, cleanliness, and household tasks.

-Volunteers to provide companionship, run errands, and provide general assistance.

-Chaplains to offer spiritual guidance and comfort.

-Bereavements Counselors to provide comfort and support for families through call, visits, mailing, support groups, and a memorial service.

Hospice Advantage delivers daily contact from at least one and sometimes several staff members.

Volunteers are the key to good care.
After an intensive training period, volunteers are prepared to contribute to the sense of well being that patients need by bringing helpful companionship to patients and moments of relief to family members.
