Hospice Angels Foundation
Lives are waiting to be touched by your generosity. Often times, family members must leave their job to care for a loved one who is ill – adding the burden of financial hardship to an already challenging situation. During this time, families may find themselves struggling to pay daily living expenses. At Hospice Advantage, our social workers are able to connect families with community resources to assist them in their time of need. Even so, many people still find themselves coming up short. That's where Hospice Angels Foundation comes in.
Hospice Angels Foundation, a 501(c)3 charitable foundation of Hospice Advantage, advocates for patients and families with life-limiting illnesses. At Hospice Angels, we are committed to providing resources to patients, families, and community members facing financial hardships related to the end-of-life.
The Gift of Memory
Losing a loved one is an experience that each of us faces at some point in our life. A memorial contribution to Hospice Angels pays tribute to your loved one by helping others who face the challenge of a life-limiting illness. Whether we grant a patient's last wish or assist with a funeral payment, Hospice Angels Foundation believes all people deserve to experience death with dignity, comfort, and compassion.
By making a donation to Hospice Angels Foundation in the name of your loved one or friend, you honor their life as you offer hope to others in need.
The Gift of Giving
"We want to thank you for the generous gift of an Acorn Stair-lift. Because of this unit, my husband is able to get downstairs for family gatherings. Thank you for this gift of freedom!"
"Because of your assistance with the ambulance expense, our family was able to move grandma from one nursing home to another where grandpa was living so that two could be together. Since the move, grandpa is a happier person because the love of his life is with him again."
"Thank you for your assistance in reuniting us with our family from another state so that we could have one last holiday celebration together. This is all that my husband wanted and you made his last wish come true."
