HOME AND HOSPICE ADVANTAGE EXPANDS SERVICES WITH LATEST ACQUISITION OF DETROIT HOME CARE AGENCY

SOUTHFIELD, MI, October 31, 2006 - Rod Hildebrant, President of HOME AND HOSPICE ADVANTAGE, announced the newest addition to the corporation with the acquisition of SUPERIOR HOME CARE of Southfield, Michigan. SUPERIOR HOME CARE is a home care agency providing services in the greater Detroit area since 2002.

Mr. Hildebrant stated, "This acquisition is extremely exciting for HOME AND HOSPICE ADVANTAGE. We have provided hospice services throughout Wayne, Macomb and Oakland counties for almost two years now. It was time to bring our expertise in the Home Care field to the greater Detroit area."

HOME AND HOSPICE ADVANTAGE has offices throughout Michigan, including Bay City, Cass City, Detroit, Flint, Lansing and Milford. With the acquisition of SUPERIOR HOME CARE, all offices with the exception of Lansing will provide Home Care and Hospice services. Lansing will only provide Hospice care.
